Papinelle is not obliged to accept any request by you for a cancellation or amendment of an Order

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to Papinelle via the website, you may request the Order be cancelled or amended. Papinelle does not guarantee that it will be able to cancel or amend the Order in those circumstances.

If you have made an Order and Papinelle is unable to process the Order or Papinelle does not accept the Order, Papinelle will notify you and the Order will be cancelled

You agree that it is not a defect in the Product or a breach of a warranty if in Papinelle reasonable opinion, following the sale of the Products to you, the Product has

- become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear

- been misused, or not used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, or been used in an abnormal way: or

- not had reasonable care taken by you in respect of the Product

You may return Product to Papinelle in circumstances where you believe the Product is the subject of a defect, or there is an applicable warranty claim 

Where the Product sold to you is confirmed to have a defect, or there is an applicable warranty claim, Papinelle will replace the Product or refund the Price of the Product to you.

If the Product is found not to have a defect or there is no applicable warranty claim contemplated by these terms, Papinelle will return the Product back to you and may charge you the delivery costs of the return.

Where Papinelle offers, provides or sells Vouchers or Gift Cards you may use these as payment for products on the Website.

Where Papinelle emails Vouchers and gift Cards to you, Papinelle is not liable to you for any Loss suffered or incurred by you by:

-any errors in the email address you provided to Papinelle

-resulting from use of Vouchers or gift Cards without permission

-theft or illegibility of Vouchers or Gift Cards

Gift Cards and vouchers are valid for the specified period as stated on the gift card or voucher and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Papinelle reserves the right to correct any errors which may be shown on our website at any time upon notice to you, including Price and any relevant delivery charges or other related charges and you must accept these conditions. 

In case of obvious Error, Papinelle my rescind any Agreement with you by notice to you of that rescission and refund to you any moneys that you have paid to Papinelle in respect of the same.

1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. This competition is open to all Australian residents. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years and over. 
4. The competition commences on 30 May 2023 at 5PM and concludes on 4 June 2023 at 11.59PM (Promotional Period). All times are AEDT.

How to enter

1. To enter, participants must, during the Promotional Period, Comment and tag 1 friend in the competition post on Jurlique and Papinelle’s Instagram page. They must also follow @Jurlique and @papinellesleepwear.
2. Winners will be drawn on 5 June at 1PM and contacted within 24 hours.
3. Winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message.
4. If the prize is not claimed by 12AM on 5 July 2023, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further judging at midday on 5 July 2023 at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize.
5. If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 12AM on 5 August 2023, the prize will be forfeited.

4. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
6. The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at its sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. Your User Content should not violate any laws or rights of third parties. Libellous, harmful, hateful, or sexually suggestive content will not be tolerated, and such posts will be dealt with at Papinelle's discretion.

The content you share with us will not be treated as confidential. You understand and agree that Papinelle is not obliged to pay any compensation, credit or acknowledgment for User Content or to respond to any User Content.

By sharing User Content with us, you accept that any consequences that arise from your posts are solely your responsibility. In case of inaccurate, inappropriate or harmful content, Papinelle will not be held liable for any damages.

Should you have any reservations about the terms above, we kindly ask that you refrain from submitting User Content.
